Samuel Seeff – Current sentiment in the property market in South Africa

Samuel Seeff, chairperson of Seeff Property Group, will address the Cape Town Press Club on current sentiment in the property market in South Africa. He will evaluate how the real estate market has performed and the impact of our present political situation, policies such as expropriation without compensation, and the high cost of transactions. He will suggest what it will take to move the market forward.

Seeff has spent over three decades in the real estate sector. What was once a small family business now has nearly 200 branches in southern Africa and does billions in turnover. Seef is a director of the industry governing body, Real Estate Business Owners of South Africa.
